  Hired this company to set up my network and quick books this past June. Cost was higher than expected but service was good.
  
  Few weeks later the network went down so we called Matt. He was on the phone with my office for 15 minutes. Sends us a bill for $45 for his time. I questioned that since he set up everything recently I feel he should stand behind his work.
  Thought it was taken care of so I thought I would give them another chance with my business and called them today for some additional work.
  
  Matt calls me back and starts the whole phone billing again and that his time is valuable. Like mine is not. Really wanted this to workout but when someone only cares about themself it's extremely hard to do that.
  Totally disappointed in the professionalism of this company.
