  My Mom & I had a house built by Mel-Ry in 2015. I managed the construction with Mel-Ry from the Chicago area 1200 plus miles away. The project couldn't have gone better. The house was completed on schedule in a little over 5 months. The few minor issues that arose during construction were handled quickly, fairly, and professionally. The punch list was very minimal and completed within a week. I would highly recommend Mel-Ry. Mack and his staff work very hard and well to give their customers what they want/expect.
