  Terrible experience!!! Customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. I used them last year and had a bad experience with attitude from Jaaon... I had spent an additional large fee for scratch resistant coating on my Tiffany & Co glasses. Literally the next day there were multiple scratches!!!!! I called and was told that I was responsible and lectured about how it was my fault. I eventually was able to bring them in to be repaired. But they had to call my insurance first to see if it would be covered... RIDICULOUS when I had just gotten them the day before and only wore them once.
  
  I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and return for my next yearly appointment. As soon as I walked in, Jason looked at my Tiffany & Co glasses and asked if they were being held together with wires!! Who says that??? They were really expensive frames. My husband was pulling up the eye insurance information on his phone to give Jason and he made a comment about how rude it was for my husband to be on his phone. Save yourself and go somewhere else!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could.

  Very happy with staff, service. Was extremely impressed with my eye exam for glasses very friendly and professional optician Rina Javier.
